Easy Inkjet wants you to be a 100 per cent satisfied customer. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your Easy Inkjet purchase, you can reject it without explanation. You have 7 working days beginning one day after your goods arrive to notify us of your intention to return the goods. Please return them to us together with a copy of your receipt. Easy Inkjet will then arrange for a refund of the full purchase price within 28 days. To make a return, package the goods securely and send to the address below. Please include your full details including name and address and a copy of the original invoice. Easy Inkjet recommends that you return goods by recorded delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning Easy Inkjet items to us, if the goods are found to be faulty or not as ordered we will refund your postage in full.

In the unlikely event of a Easy Inkjet cartridge being found to be faulty, please contact us. Faulty cartridges need to be returned with a brief letter of explanation together with a sample copy of the unsatisfactory cartridge printout. Easy Inkjet cartridges found to be faulty, after inspection, will be replaced or refunded in full we will also credit you for the cost of the return postage.
EASY INKJET ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders for Easy Inkjet cartridges can be cancelled prior to despatch. Please contact us by e-mail shop@easy-inkjet.co.uk You also have the right to cancel an order without explanation within seven working days, beginning the day after receipt of the goods. You can do this by writing to us at the address below or by email. Easy Inkjet will then ensure you receive a refund of the full purchase price within 28 days. To make a Easy Inkjet return of cancelled items, package the cartridge(s) securely and send to the address below. Please include your full details including name and address and a copy of the original invoice. Easy Inkjet recommends that you return goods by recorded delivery. AVAILABILITY OF EASY-INKJET CARTRIDGES
Easy Inkjet aims to have all Easy Inkjet cartridges available for immediate despatch. However, if a Easy Inkjet cartridge is not immediately available, Easy Inkjet will contact you to make alternative arrangements. In the event of a large order where not all Easy Inkjet items are available, Easy Inkjet will despatch the available goods with the balance following, usually within a few days. If the delayed delivery date is not acceptable, you will have the right to cancel your Easy Inkjet order.
EASY-INKJET PRICES
Easy-Inkjet will immediately update its website (www.easy-inkjet.co.uk) and advertisements in the event of any price changes. If this is not possible, Easy-Inkjet will honour the displayed price. If this cannot be done, Easy-Inkjet will contact you and you will have the option either to proceed with your order or cancel it.

Easy Inkjet understands the value of privacy, and will therefore only use the information you give us to process your order and provide you with the best possible service in the future. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988).

Easy Inkjet will aim to despatch goods within 24 hours by first-class mail. Delivery should be made to you within three days. If for any reason your cartridges have not been received within this period please contact us.
Sorry we do not accept orders from outside of the U.K
If Easy Inkjet goods are found to be damaged on delivery or there is a discrepancy between the number of items ordered and delivered, please contact Easy Inkjet within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
Goods supplied by Easy Inkjet are warranted against failure due to design faults, material or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the faulty goods or refund of the full purchase price. Easy Inkjet cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect installation, handling, misuse in any way, or the use of goods under adverse circumstances.
The contract of sale, whether verbal or written, shall be governed by English Law. All Easy Inkjet orders are accepted on the basis of Easy Inkjets terms and conditions. By placing an order with Easy Inkjet, you agree to accept all such terms and conditions.
None of Easy Inkjets terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
